Family Practice Opportunity in Eastern Indiana. Outpatient only. They need an experienced, Board Certified FP or Med Ped Physician. This is an opportunity for Hospital employed solo practice. You will be working out of an office with rotating specialists from the Hospital ( Cardio, Ortho etc). They will offer you a base salary in the 190K range for the first two years, and then productivity model in year three. They also offer a great sign on bonus ( up to 30K) and relocation! Clinic is located in in a great family friendly area in eastern Indiana an hour from Indianapolis and 30 min from Dayton Ohio.
