Family Practice opportunity in Eastern Massachusetts. This will be an opportunity to join a 2 Physician well established Hospital owned practice. The existing physicians wish to scale back their practice in preparation for retirement so they are looking for an energetic motivated physician to join the practice. This will be an employed position by the Healthcare system with a generous base salary and incentive compensation package. Current physicians cover 12 (½ day sessions/week) and would like to reduce to 6 (½ day sessions/week). Outpatient call only weekdays share practice call. Call coverage group on weekends 1 in 5.
