Very well established multi specialty group, located in beautiful Oregon, continues to experience growth. The group is now looking to add a behavioral health professional.
Work closely with medical providers and allied staff to address behavioral health needs of primary care patients
Position is open to Psychologist (PsyD, PhD) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Conduct assessments and interventions with a short-term model
Coordinate referrals of patients in need of services beyond the scope of integrated behavioral health
