Sunny South Florida client seeks a Chief for their Division of Neurosurgery. This is an excellent opportunity for leaders wishing to further develop an already established program.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years leadership experience
Board certification in spine surgery
experience in evidence-based medicine
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-leadership skills
General neurosurgery call is required
The incumbent should have demonstrated success in program development, establishment of policies and guidelines to monitor patient progress, evidence-based clinical outcomes and the effectiveness of medical care.
